Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

Private aircraft are dedicated, time and crew blocked assets. Once a charter is confirmed, the operator commits aircraft, crew, slots and ground services. As a result, cancellation charges apply on a sliding scale based on the time between notice of cancellation and scheduled departure.

2. Cancellation by the Client (On-Demand Charter)

Cancellation charges are calculated on the total confirmed charter value and refund value will be confirmed

3. Aircraft Sale & Purchase Advisory

Advisory retainers and milestone fees, once invoiced and paid, are non-refundable. Success fees are payable on closing as per the engagement letter.

4. Meet & Greet and Concierge Services

Concierge service fees may be refunded if cancelled more than 24 hours before scheduled arrival/departure, and non-refundable thereafter.

5. Cancellation by the Operator

If a flight is cancelled by the operator for reasons other than client default — including technical, crew, or regulatory issues. Foresee Aviation will arrange a suitable replacement aircraft, or, if not possible, may refund in full.

6. Force Majeure

No refund is payable for cancellations due to events beyond reasonable control, including weather, airspace closure, government action, strikes, pandemic, or security incidents. Where possible, the booking will be rescheduled at no additional brokerage charge.

7. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed in INR to the originating bank account within 45 days of approval. Foreign currency conversion losses and bank charges are borne by the client.
