1. About Foresee Aviation

Foresee Aviation Pvt Ltd ("Foresee Aviation", "we", "us") operates as a private aircraft broker, arranging on-demand charter flights, bulk flight-hour programs, aircraft sale & purchase advisory, and concierge meet & greet services. We act as an agent on behalf of clients and contract with duly licensed aircraft operators who hold operational control of every flight.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an enquiry, accepting a quotation, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

3. Quotations & Bookings

Quotes are indicative until written confirmation is issued by Foresee Aviation. All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. A booking is confirmed only on receipt of payment and a signed charter agreement.

4. Operator Responsibility

The operating air carrier retains full operational control of the flight, including crew, routing, slots, and the final go/no-go decision in line with DGCA, ICAO and destination-country regulations. Foresee Aviation is not the operator and does not exercise operational control.

5. Payment Terms

Full payment, including applicable GST and statutory levies, is due before departure. Bank transfer charges are borne by the client. Late or partial payment may result in cancellation without refund of paid amounts.

6. Changes by the Client

Itinerary changes (timing, routing, passengers) requested after confirmation are subject to availability and may incur additional charges, including repositioning, overflight, handling, parking, and crew duty extensions.

7. Changes by the Operator

For reasons of safety, weather, technical issues, regulatory restrictions, or force majeure, an operator may delay, divert, reroute or cancel a flight. In such cases we will use reasonable efforts to arrange a suitable alternative.

8. Baggage & Passengers

Baggage allowances are aircraft-specific and shared in advance. Passengers must carry valid identification, visas and travel documents. Carriage of dangerous goods, restricted items, and animals is subject to operator approval.

9. Limitation of Liability

Foresee Aviation acts solely as a broker. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the brokerage fee received in respect of the relevant booking. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
